Okay since about every single person (even little kids) seem to have a smart phone that can access the Internet these days it’s important that your blog is mobile friendly. You thought it was mobile friendly since it was on a blog program and visible on the internet? Um, no.
How do I make my blog mobile friendly?
There is a plug-in you can download you can install in your WordPress dashboard that was created for WP called – WordPress Mobile Edition. You can also download it from that link and install it to your server if you like the technical and long way of doing things. This app will convert all of your posts into a list that people can see on their phones and easily browse through rather than waiting 10 minutes for the images to download.
Do I have to do anything after I download it and install it in my plugin section?
No. Well you do have to push activate but hopefully you figured that one out. Once it’s activated your site should be good to go on any or most mobile devices. Test it out. Here is a picture of what the Business Beware Show website looks like with the mobile plugin installed:
Yeah, it’s a little fuzzy but what can you do? The point is though you want people to be able to read your blog while on the go so make sure and install this simple little app.
