Another awesome blog post from Mike Michalwicz on how to keep your customers coming back again and again.  Keep Customers Coming Back Again And Again We shared one of our tips with Business Beware is to get members involved.  We started our business spotlight and friends page.  We spotlight businesses and tell their stories and we send businesses our t-shirts to take a picture in with their store, employees, products, etc.  It’s an awesome way to spread the word about each of you but also learn more about each other.  So engage with your audience and get them involved.
